Luxury 3 bedroom holiday rental apartment, in exclusive development near Marbella on the Costa del Sol in Spain.Our on-line booking system is simple to use. Once you have entered your required dates the online booking system will confirm if your chosen dates are available. Press 'Proceed' and the system will give you a quotation for your dates. (If the property is booked the system will tell you so). If you are happy with your quotation then click 'Proceed' to continue. Payment You then opt to pay by cheque or by credit card using our secure booking system. To pay by cheque: Please send your £200.00 (or whole payment if you arrive within 6 weeks of date of booking). We shall hold your booking for 7 days only. To pay by credit card: Should you choose to pay by credit card then any monies due to be paid at the time of booking are deducted at our office, and not by the internet. (Only the £200.00 deposit is payable if it is more than 6 weeks till your arrival, or the full amount, if you have booked within 6 weeks of arrival).
